About Me:

Hello! I'm Mana.

I have a Master’s degree in nutrition. In 2023, my body fell apart anyway.

Elevated cortisol. Hair loss. Acne and red rashes appearing our of nowhere.

Diagnoses of Complex PTSD and burnout.

I was already a certified nutrition professional, and I still couldn’t “fix” myself. I had all the knowledge, but knowledge wasn’t what my body needed. My nervous system was stuck in survival mode, and no protocol, supplement, or dietary adjustment was going to reach it there.

That gap between knowing exactly what to do and having a body that still won’t respond is where most people end up before they find me.

I’m a trauma-informed nutritionist with a BSc and MSc in nutrition, specializing in burnout and nervous system recovery.

I work with professionals and high-performers whose identity is built around output. People who are still showing up, still delivering, still functioning from the outside, while their body quietly signals that something underneath is no longer working.

My work sits at the intersection of two systems most practitioners treat separately: clinical nutrition and nervous system regulation.

Because chronic stress doesn’t just make you tired. It changes who you are. You can optimize your diet perfectly and still feel terrible if the nervous system underneath is running a constant threat response.

That’s not a willpower problem. That’s physiology.

What I do is start upstream.

Before we change what you eat, we look at what your nervous system is doing first, your cortisol patterns, stress responses, sleep, digestion, energy, and capacity. We build from there.

Not layering “better habits” on top of a dysregulated system.

Getting underneath it first.

After working together, you can feel like yourself again.

The things you try finally start to hold.

Because the system underneath actually changed.

If you’ve been doing everything right and your body still isn’t responding, book a call. I’ll tell you honestly whether I think I can help.
